3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3.2 Account Registration

To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as necessary
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Program Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment Process

Enrollment in our programs requires:

  • Completion of registration forms
  • Payment of applicable fees
  • Agreement to program-specific terms
  • Meeting any prerequisite requirements

4.2 Fees and Payment

Program fees are as listed on our website or in program materials. Payment terms include:

  • Full payment is required before program commencement unless otherwise agreed
  • All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, and corporate invoicing
  • Corporate clients may be offered payment terms upon approval

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify program fees at any time. Price changes will not affect already confirmed enrollments.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Participant Cancellations

  • 30+ days before program start: Full refund minus administrative fee
  • 14-29 days before program start: 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days before program start: No refund
  • After program commencement: No refund

5.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive:

  • Full refund of fees paid
  • Option to transfer to alternative program dates
  • Minimum 7 days notice when possible

5.3 Transfers

Program transfers to alternative dates may be permitted subject to:

  • Availability in alternative programs
  • Request made at least 7 days before original program date
  • Payment of applicable transfer fees

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

  • Attend all scheduled sessions punctually
  • Participate actively and respectfully
  • Complete any required pre-work or assignments
  • Maintain confidentiality of other participants' information
  • Follow all program guidelines and code of conduct
  • Notify us of any special requirements or accommodations needed

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All training materials, content, methodologies, and resources provided by Dosshereta are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without permission
  • Use our training methodologies for commercial purposes
  • Share access credentials or materials with non-participants
  • Create derivative works based on our content

7.2 Participant Content

Any content you provide during training (presentations, exercises, feedback) remains your property. However, you grant us permission to use anonymized examples for training and marketing purposes.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Additionally:

  • Training sessions may be recorded for quality improvement
  • Participant information shared during programs should be kept confidential
  • We may use anonymized testimonials and case studies
  • Video recordings of practice sessions are for participant use only

9. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

  • Treat others with respect and professionalism
  • Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior
  • Maintain appropriate professional standards
  • Respect intellectual property and confidentiality
  • Follow venue rules and safety requirements

Violation of our code of conduct may result in removal from programs without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from training programs
  • Participants assume responsibility for applying learned skills

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Government restrictions or public health emergencies
  • Venue unavailability or technical failures
  • Transportation disruptions

12. Website Terms

12.1 Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Use automated tools to access content

12.2 User-Generated Content
